Exchanges Only
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

The item arrived damaged or defective

You need a different size, color, or style (subject to availability)
To be eligible for an exchange:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order
How to Request an Exchange

Contact us at hello@kmchandbags.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

We’ll confirm item availability and provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send out the replacement.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange. These will be clearly noted in the product description.
